Cancellation Policy- We get it, life happens. We do ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to avoid the then 50% booking deposit for your next appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of the service to your card on file.

Children- For the safety of your child and the relaxation of other guests,we kindly ask that all children must be accompanied by an adult NOT receiving services.

Late Arrivals- Due to the number of guests we see per day, we have a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or you may have to adjust your services you are receiving that day.

Re-do/Refunds- We do not offer refunds on services. We do, however, 100% back our work and want you to be happy. Re-do/adjustments must contact us within 7 days after your appointment. The original stylist will be correcting the service unless the provider is unable to do so. Re-dos are accepted on a case-by-case judgement.

Returning guests can use the book now feature to schedule an appointment. You may also use this form to submit an email appointment request and your email will be responded to within 24 hours of our business days.
